Return Information
All products are returnable for 30 days from the date of purchase provided the products are in the same condition in which originally received. Opened games and fragrances are not returnable. Please send your package to us via insured and prepaid U.S. Mail or UPS. Shipping & Handling charges are not refundable. Upon verification of the return, you will be issued a refund for the amount of merchandise minus any applicable restocking fees. Promotional items, one of a kind sales, auctions, open box sales, coupons, verbal price quotes, membership sites, and other promotions may not be eligible for the price guarantee.
The merchant offering the lower price must have current prices listed on their site and the item must be in stock.
The Price Guarantee applies to the price of the item, prior to any shipping charges, handling fees, processing fees, taxes, etc.
iMall.com must be able to confirm the lower price, unconfirmed prices will not be honored.
Price Guarantee is limited to three claims per customer in any 60 day time period.
Price Guarantee is limited to three of the same item number per customer.
iMall.com reserves the final right to determine eligibility for price guarantee.
The Price Guarantee is subject to change without prior notice.
The difference in price must exceed $10.00 in order to redeem the Price Guarantee. If this is met, the 100% difference will be issued in the form of an iMall.com store credit only. The store credit is facilitated through an iMall.com coupon. The coupon is valid for 90 days upon being issued. You are eligible for up to $250.00 in iMall.com credit per 60 days.

To request a price guarantee, please email us at pricematch@iMall.com. A specialist will respond within 48 hours. Please include the following information in your e-mail:
The iMall.com product name and product number you found a lower advertised price.
The name of the company where the product is advertised for a lower price.
The URL to the lower priced item.
The lower price found.
The quantity of the item that you purchased.
Your order #.
Once your price guarantee has been approved, you will be emailed a coupon for the amount between the price you paid and the advertised price to be used on iMall.com.
iMall.com Registration Coupon
Your imall.com $5.00 coupon may only be used to purchase merchandise online at imall.com. The coupon is only valid toward purchases of merchandise that is $5.00 or more. The coupon is limited to one offer per shopper and can only be used once. You may not redeem the coupon for cash or resell.
The coupon may not be used to pay for gift certificates, gift-wrap, taxes, shipping or handling charges. The coupon is only valid towards future purchases; it cannot be applied to orders previously placed on imall.com.
